About the Role

National Bank of Pakistan is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Head of Legal (EVP / SEVP). This is a senior management appointment based in Karachi. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive legal advice, manage regulatory and financial risks, and oversee all legal matters.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a minimum LLB or equivalent degree recognized by HEC of Pakistan, with LLM or relevant certifications being preferred. A minimum of 15 years of working experience in corporate law is required, including at least 7 years in a senior legal leadership role.
