Job Overview

A leading asset management company seeks a dedicated Head of Human Resource to drive HR initiatives, systems, hiring, and employee training programs. The role requires establishing a performance evaluation and management system while functioning strategically within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• To develop HR initiatives and systems seeking input / review by all concerned (including hiring of staff at Head Office and Branches).
• To develop HR as a strategic function within the organization.
• Developing and implementing a performance evaluation and management system and conduct a work load assessment program.
• Identifying and implementing in-house and external training programs within organization.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA / Master preferably Human Resource Degree from HEC recognized university, specially a member of recognized Institute of professional Accountants (at least CA-Intermediate) with 3-5 years of experience of working in a reputable institution.
