Samad Group of Industries is currently seeking a dynamic professional for the Deputy Manager Talent Acquisition position. We are looking for an experienced individual who can lead end-to-end talent management by partnering with department heads, understanding manpower requirements, developing sourcing strategies, and conducting interviews. This role ensures the timely closure of approved vacancies and manages smooth onboarding through proper documentation, orientation, and departmental induction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent management and screening processes.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and departmental induction.
• Drive employer branding via LinkedIn presence, university partnerships, and campus recruitment programs.
• Maintain monthly recruitment reports and dashboards for management insights.

Skills & Requirements

Education: Master's / MBA in Human Resources.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with strong experience in Talent Acquisition preferably within the Textile & Apparel industry.
Skills: Excellent communication skills & stakeholder management.
