About OMI Hospital
OMI Hospital is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead its Human Resources operations and support the Hospital's strategic objectives through effective people management and organizational development. Reporting to the Head of HR, the incumbent will drive HR excellence by fostering a high-performance, compliant, and employee-centric workplace.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, HR operations, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance.
- Support the implementation of HR strategies aligned with the Hospital's vision and business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to deliver effective HR services.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.
- Manage performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, and employee relations programs.
- Oversee payroll verification, compensation & benefits administration, employee records, and HRIS/HMIS operations.
- Ensure compliance with Pakistan Labour Laws, EOBI, SESSI, hospital policies, and accreditation standards.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, KPIs, dashboards, and workforce analytics for Management.
- Collaborate closely with Medical, Nursing, Finance, Quality, and departmental leadership to support organizational objectives.
- Partner with the IT Department to support the timely implementation and optimization of the Hospital's ERP/HRIS systems.
Qualifications and Experience
- MBA/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in the healthcare or service sector will be preferred.
- Sound knowledge of Pakistan Labour Laws, EOBI, SESSI, payroll administration, and HR compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/HMIS and HR analytics.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
