Director QEC (BPS-20/21)

Position Overview

Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET), Jamshoro, is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead its Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) as Director. This is a high-profile management position in Basic Pay Scale (BPS) 20/21, offered for a three-year tenure. The Director QEC will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the quality assurance processes and programs across the university, in line with HEC guidelines. Applications are invited from qualified candidates having domicile of the Province of Sindh.

Application Process

The application procedure is a two-step process involving online submission and hard copy dispatch:

• First, fill and submit the online application form available at the university's recruitment portal: http://recruitment.muet.edu.pk.
• Pay the prescribed application fee of Rs. 5,000/- using the auto-generated challan form at any online branch of Habib Bank Limited (HBL) or the HBL Mehran University Booth, Jamshoro.
• A hard copy of the submitted online form, along with the original paid challan, must be sent to the university.
• The hard copy submission must include attested copies of all documents: SSC onwards, CNIC, Domicile, valid PEC registration (if applicable), Experience Certificates, CV, and Departmental NOC (if applicable).
• The complete application set must reach the Directorate of Human Resources, MUET, Jamshoro, by the deadline of 02nd July, 2025.

Note: Candidates who have previously applied for this post need not re-apply but are required to submit an application with any new supporting documents. Applications that are incomplete or received after the deadline will be rejected.
