Job Overview

As Director Legal at PHIMC, you will lead the legal department, ensuring compliance and providing expert legal guidance to the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage and oversee legal matters.
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings.
• Lead and mentor the legal team.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB). Preference will be given to the candidates having Postgraduate Degree in Law (LLM) from HEC recognized Institute.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the relevant field out of which minimum 2 years as head of department/functional head. Preference will be given to those candidates having working experience in legal matters relating to health sector.
