Organization Overview
The Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) has been established by the Government of the Punjab through the enactment of the Punjab Enforcement & Regulation Act, 2024. As an autonomous body under the Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD), PERA aims to streamline enforcement and regulatory functions across Punjab. PERA is looking for highly qualified, motivated, and competent professionals.Position Details
Position: ProsecutorNumber of Posts: 53 Positions
Place of Posting: One in each Enforcement Station at Divisional / District / Tehsil Level (Domicile: All Punjab)
Contract Duration: 02 years (extendable on satisfactory performance)
Pay Package: SPPP-5 + any other benefit admissible as per PERA (Appointment & Conditions of Services for Contractual Employees) Regulations, 2024.
Criteria & Eligibility
1. Bachelors in Law (LLB-05 years) or equivalent degree from a recognized University.2. 05-year practice as an advocate.

1. Interested candidates must first register themselves at the Punjab Job Portal: https://jobs.punjab.gov.pk/.2. Provide complete educational information (Matriculation, Intermediate, Graduation, LLB (Hons) or equivalent). System validations may apply.
3. After creating an account, log in and fill the online application form against the advertised jobs of PERA. Submit necessary information and required documents (e.g., Photo, CNIC, Domicile, Certificates etc.).
4. Pay the application fee of Rs. 1,000/- through PayZen against the unique PSID generated by the portal. The application fee must be paid within the closing date.

Important Instructions

- Applicants presently serving in Government Departments, fulfilling the criteria, are required to apply through the proper channel.
- DG PERA reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, or terminate/abolish the recruitment process of any post or entire process at any stage, without assigning any reason.
