Team Leader - Corporate & Investment Banking Group

Role Overview

Bank of Khyber invites applications for the position of Team Leader within its Corporate & Investment Banking Group. The successful candidate will be a strong, goal-oriented professional responsible for leading a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and contributing significantly to the bank's asset growth targets. This position is based in Multan & Sialkot and reports to the Area Manager Corporate Banking.

Key Responsibilities

The main duties and responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of RMs by setting individual targets to achieve the Bank's asset growth goals.
• Reviewing credit proposals, providing input, and coordinating with relevant functions for obtaining credit approvals.
• Conducting visits to the projects and business places of existing and potential borrowers.
• Ensuring continuous follow-up on target achievement and channeling marketing efforts towards the assets portfolio.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with target corporate clients in the South region, ensuring their needs are met with appropriate banking services.
• Performing any other related tasks assigned by the Management.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Minimum requirement is Graduation. However, preference will be given to candidates holding a Master's degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan. For foreign qualifications, an equivalency certificate from HEC is mandatory.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of Corporate Credits experience within a Commercial bank is required. Preference will be given to candidates with Islamic Banking experience.
• Age Limit: The age limit will be governed by the Bank's prevailing HR Rules.

Compensation

A market-based remuneration package will be offered to the selected candidate, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
