Job Overview

SSGC is looking to fill the specialized position of Deputy General Manager - Corporate within its Legal & Estate Management department. The key purpose of this position is to manage and carry out all activities required to ensure that contracts entered into by the company are prepared in a way that protects the company's interests and avoids unnecessary litigation. The role also involves ensuring adherence to corporate bylaws, charter, and other government documents and providing timely legal advice to user departments.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

The requirements for this senior management role are as follows:

• Education: An LLB degree is required. Candidates holding an LLM will be preferred. A postgraduate diploma or diploma in corporate law will be considered an additional advantage.
• Experience: A minimum of 14 years of relevant experience, along with 5 years of Bar enrollment.
