SSGC is looking for a Deputy General Manager - Corporate (Job Code 8438-01) to join their Legal & Estate Management department. This senior role is vital for safeguarding the company's legal interests and managing corporate affairs.

Key Responsibilities

The key purpose of this position involves carrying out activities required to ensure that the contracts entered into by the company are prepared in a way that protects the interests of the company and that unnecessary litigation is avoided. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to corporate bylaws, charter, and other government documents. The position is also responsible for providing timely professional legal advice and opinions as required by the user departments of SSGC.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: LLB. Candidates having LLM will be preferred. Postgraduate diploma/diploma in corporate law will be considered an additional advantage.
• Experience: 14 years of relevant experience and 5 years of Bar enrollment.
