Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi, invites applications for 01 Post for the faculty position of Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology on a Contract / Regular basis (BS-20). We are looking for a distinguished female scholar in Sociology with a commitment to academic excellence in a women's university setting.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Sociology, supervise M.Phil/PhD research, conduct and publish scholarly research, contribute to curriculum development, and participate actively in departmental administration and university committees.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must have a PhD in Sociology or a relevant field from an HEC recognized university and meet HEC's criteria for an Associate Professor, including a strong publication record and appropriate teaching and research experience for a BS-20 role. Please visit www.fjwu.edu.pk for details.
