Job Overview

Applications are invited for 01 Post of Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematical Sciences (Mathematics) at Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi, on a Contract / Regular basis (BS-20). This position is for highly motivated female scholars with a strong research and teaching profile in Mathematics.

Key Responsibilities

Key duties include teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Mathematics, supervising M.Phil/PhD research students, conducting high-quality research leading to publications in reputable journals, curriculum development, and contributing to the academic life of the department and university.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must meet the HEC eligibility criteria for Associate Professor. A PhD in Mathematics or a closely related area from an HEC recognized institution is required, along with a proven track record of research publications and teaching experience as per HEC standards for BS-20.
