Job Overview

Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi, invites applications for 01 Post for the faculty position of Associate Professor in the Department of English on a Contract / Regular basis (BS-20). This position is for distinguished female scholars in English (Literature/Linguistics) committed to academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

The appointee will teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in English Literature and/or Linguistics, supervise M.Phil/PhD research, conduct and publish high-quality scholarly research, contribute to curriculum design and enhancement, and participate in departmental and university academic service.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a PhD in English (Literature or Linguistics) or a closely related field from an HEC recognized institution and fulfill HEC's criteria for an Associate Professor, including a strong publication record and relevant teaching experience for a BS-20 position.
