Job Overview

Applications are invited for 02 Posts of Associate Professor in the Department of Communication and Media Studies (Mass Communication or Media Studies or Communication Studies) at Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi, on a Contract / Regular basis (BS-20). We seek accomplished female scholars with expertise in Communication/Media Studies.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, supervising M.Phil/PhD research in Communication and Media Studies, conducting and publishing scholarly research, contributing to curriculum development, and participating in the academic and administrative life of the department and university.

Qualifications and Experience

A PhD in Communication Studies, Media Studies, Mass Communication, or a related field from an HEC recognized university is required. Candidates must meet HEC criteria for Associate Professor, including a strong publication record and teaching experience suitable for a BS-20 position. Details at www.fjwu.edu.pk.
