Job Overview

Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for the position of Assistant Vice President (AVP) – HR & Branding. The selected candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with organizational business objectives and Board priorities. Responsibilities include acting as a strategic HR advisor, leading talent acquisition, overseeing performance management, and formulating HR policies.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in HRM or MBA (HR) from an HEC-recognized institution (16 years of Education). Additional certifications in the relevant field will be preferred. A minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience of progressive HR in reputable public and private sector organizations is required, with expertise in HR Strategy and Planning, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Compensation Management. The maximum age limit is up to 45 years by the closing date.
