The Medical Teaching Institution, Mardan (MTI Mardan), also known as Mardan Medical Complex, invites job applications from qualified candidates for merit-based appointments. This recruitment is for a position offered on a contract basis.

Position Details

MTI Mardan is looking to fill the position of Assistant Manager - Works. This role is equivalent to Basic Pay Scale (BPS) 17 and is offered on a contract basis. The service conditions will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and the MTI Regulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC recognized institution.
• A minimum of Three (03) years of post-qualification civil work experience.
• Must possess a Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration.

Terms and Conditions

• Upon appointment, the candidate will become a full-time institutional employee and must submit accepted resignation from any previous employment (local or abroad, including civil service).
• Candidates found guilty of perjury or providing false documentation/credentials at any stage will be disqualified/terminated.
• The institution reserves the right to decrease or increase the number of positions.
• Candidates wishing to apply for more than one post must apply separately for each.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a test/interview.
• Quota for minority/disabled individuals will be applied as per Government policy.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.

How to Apply

Interested applicants must follow these steps:
1. Download the prescribed Job Application Form available at www.mmckp.gov.pk.
2. Duly fill the Job Application form.
3. Attach requisite attested documents including: Degree/Diploma, Experience certificate, CNIC, Domicile, 2 recent passport-sized photographs, etc.
4. Attach a Bank Deposit Slip of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable processing fee). The fee must be deposited into the following bank account:

5. Send the complete application package through a registered courier service.
6. Clearly mention the post applied for ('Assistant Manager - Works') on the envelope.
7. Applications must reach the Human Resource Department, Mardan Medical Complex, MTI Mardan by April 30, 2025 (Wednesday).
8. Ensure eligibility in all respects by the last date of receipt of applications. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
