Executive Director (Exploration)

Job Overview

The Executive Director (Exploration) will be responsible for leading and managing the exploration activities of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geology, geophysics, or geosciences, and a proven track record of success in exploration.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing exploration strategies.
• Managing exploration projects.
• Evaluating exploration data.
• Identifying and assessing new exploration opportunities.
• Leading and managing a team of exploration professionals.

Eligibility Criteria

• Master's or Bachelor's degree (04 years) in Geology or Geophysics or Geosciences.
• 18 years progressively responsible relevant post-qualification experience inclusive of 07 years relevant senior management experience in the E&P Sector.
