Reko Diq Mining Company, operated by Barrick and a joint venture with the Government of Balochistan and the Government of Pakistan, is recruiting a team of high caliber individuals for the development of its outstanding, world-class mining project—the Reko Diq copper-gold mine in Balochistan. Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor will be based at the Reko Diq SITE in Balochistan and will report to the Supply Chain department. The successful candidate will oversee all warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in warehouse/logistics roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, preferably in the mining or heavy industry sector.

Requirements

Proficient in warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety procedures, with experience in ERP/WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and HSE compliance is essential, along with forklift certification. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required, as well as the ability to work under pressure in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

Proficient in ensuring deliveries, inventory, and commodities are received, stored, and processed according to procedures, with accurate record-keeping. It includes managing storage conditions, ensuring safety standards, handling non-compliant items, and overseeing stock removal and system transactions. Also involves participating in inventory counts, archiving documents, reviewing SOPs, and managing material lifting equipment, all while adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
