About the Role

National Bank of Pakistan is looking for a talented and dedicated professional for the position of Unit Head - Cash Management Sales (AVP) in the area of Corporate and Investment Banking. The selected candidate will report directly to the Wing Head - Cash Management.

Educational and Professional Qualification

Applicants must hold a minimum Graduation or equivalent degree from a local or international university, college, or institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan. Candidates having a Master's degree and/or relevant certification(s) will be given preference.

Experience and Skills Required

Candidates must possess a minimum of 06 years of experience in the banking industry, out of which 04 years should be in Relationship Management and/or Cash Management services. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required.

Key Responsibilities

Account Coverage Responsibilities:
  • Assist Wing Head - CMD to implement business strategy, focusing on client/business origination and coverage to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify and close cash management opportunities with existing CIBG and other NBP clients.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate accounts, services, and strategies.
Business Development & Revenue Generation Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers in attaining optimized service charges and deposit goals.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) assigned for asset book building, cross-selling, and other banking products.
  • Monitor risk effectively and ensure compliance with the Bank's overall policies and procedures.
