Job Responsibilities

• Undertake responsibility for overall management of branch affairs, including consumer, liabilities, and wealth management business.
• Meet existing and new bank customers for deposit generation and retail banking products.
• Ensure service delivery to the highest competitive standards and timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Execute and deliver the branch's annual business plan and budget.
• Maintain internal controls, monitor compliance with Bank's internal policies, and manage staffing capacity.

Skills and Expertise

Candidates must possess sound knowledge of branch banking and operations, complete product knowledge, compliance regulations including AML-CFT, good business acumen, goal orientation, leadership, and outstanding customer service skills.
