Job Overview

The selected candidate will report to the Team Leader and play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, managing liability portfolios, and driving business growth within the Retail Banking segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in account opening, deposit growth, and consumer financing.
• Manage and grow the customer portfolio by strengthening existing relationships and acquiring quality new-to-bank customers through market visits.
• Ensure compliance with Banking Laws, instructions, regulations, and procedures.
• Resolve customer queries and issues in an amicable, efficient, and resourceful manner.
