The University of Sargodha is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Store Keeper. This role is crucial for managing the inventory and supplies related to the university's hostels, operating under the Hostel Fund. The university is looking to fill 5 male positions and 4 female positions, reflecting its commitment to equal opportunity. The nature of employment is contractual, providing an opportunity for individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of hostel facilities.

Qualifications and Experience

To be eligible for the Store Keeper position, candidates must meet specific educational and experience requirements. Applicants should possess one of the following:

• A Bachelor's degree (B.A/B.Sc/B.Com) with a Second Division, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in store keeping.
• Alternatively, an Intermediate degree (F.A/F.Sc/F.Com) with a Second Division, also requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in store keeping.

The age limit for male candidates is between 21 and 35 years, while for female candidates, it is also between 21 and 35 years. Preference will be given to individuals demonstrating good health and character, along with relevant practical experience in managing stores and inventory.

Application Method

Prospective candidates are required to download the application form from the University of Sargodha's official website: https://www.su.edu.pk/downloads?q=Hostel+Job+form. A non-refundable application processing fee of PKR 1000 must be deposited, payable via a challan form which can be downloaded from https://su.edu.pk/challan/general. The complete application, along with attested copies of educational testimonials, experience certificates, and a recent passport-sized photograph, must be submitted to the Chairman, Hostel Council, University of Sargodha. The deadline for submission is June 16, 2025, by 4:00 PM. Applications received after the specified date and time will not be considered. Government and semi-government employees must apply through proper channels. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests and interviews, for which no TA/DA will be admissible.
