ریجنل ڈائریکٹوریٹ اینٹی نارکوٹکس فورس کوسول عدالت اور انسداد منشیات کی عدالت سیالکوٹ میں بطور اسپیشل پراسیکیوٹر مقدمات لڑنے کے لئے کنٹریکٹ کی بنیاد پرچاق و چوبند اور محنتی ایڈووکیٹ کی خدمات درکار ہیں۔
The Anti Narcotics Force Regional Directorate Punjab requires the services of an energetic and hardworking advocate as a Special Prosecutor on a contract basis in the Civil Court and Special Court for Control of Narcotics Substances in Sialkot.
Eligibility Criteria
ایسے ایڈووکیٹس جودرج ذیل معیار پرپوراترتے ہوں درخواستیں دے سکتے ہیں:
الف) امیدوار کے لئے کسی سیاسی وابستگی کے بغیرپاکستان بالخصوص سیالکوٹ کا شہری/رہائشی ہونا لازمی ہے۔
ب) امیدوارہائی کورٹ میں پانچ سال بحیثیت پریکٹسنگ ایڈووکیٹ کا تجربہ ہونا لازمی ہے۔
پ) امیدوارکوٹرائل کورٹ اورہائی کورٹ میں فوجداری مقدمات لڑنے کا لازمی تجربہ ہو。
ت) امیدوارلازمی طورپرسیالکوٹ بارکونسل/ہائی کورٹ بارایسوسی ایشن کاممبرہو。
ٹ) امیدوارکا اچھے کردارکا حامل ہوناکسی غیر اخلاقی سرگرمی یاسرکاری ملازمت سے برطرف نہ ہونااوردیوالیہ نہ ہوناضروری ہے۔
ث) امیدواراے این ایف کے ساتھ ملازمت کے دوران کسی بھی قانون نافذکرنے والے ادارے کی طرف سے دائرمنشیات کے مقدمات میں کسی ملزم کی طرف سے بطوروکھیل صفائی کسی بھی عدالت میں پیش نہ ہوسکے گا۔

Eligible advocates must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a citizen/resident of Pakistan, preferably Sialkot, without any political affiliation.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience as a practicing advocate in the High Court.
- Must have mandatory experience in pleading criminal cases in Trial Courts and High Courts.
- Must be a member of the Sialkot Bar Council / High Court Bar Association.
- Must possess good character, with no history of immoral activities, termination from government service, or bankruptcy.
- Cannot represent any accused person in drug-related cases filed by any law enforcement agency during service with ANF.
Salary and Perks
ماہانہ معاوضہ -/Rs.120,000 جس میں سالانہ اضافہ 10% تک جوکہ کارکردگی کی بنیاد پر دیاجائے گا۔
انٹرویوکے لئے کوئی ٹی اے / ڈی اے نہیں دیاجائے گا۔

Monthly remuneration is Rs. 120,000 with up to 10% annual increment based on performance.
No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
