Job Overview

Anti Narcotic Force Punjab, Lahore requires the services of an energetic and hardworking Advocate for contesting ANF cases before Civil / CNS Court Sialkot as Special Prosecutor on contract basis. Candidates fulfilling the required criteria can apply for this prestigious opportunity.

Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate should be a practicing Advocate with minimum 5 years experience as an advocate High Court.
• The candidate must have experience of contesting criminal cases in Trial Courts and High Court especially of narcotics cases.
• The candidate must be a member of Punjab Bar Council / Sialkot Bar Association and must not be involved in any criminal case.
• The candidate must be a citizen of Pakistan resident of / settled at Sialkot with no political affiliation and must have not involved in any criminal case.
• The candidate must bear good character, must not be involved in any immoral activities, must not be dismissed from any public service or must not be declared bankrupt.
• During the period of contract with Anti Narcotics Force, candidate will not be allowed to appear in any court as defence counsel in narcotics related cases of any Law Enforcement Agency.

Salary and Interviews

Attractive monthly retainer-ship fee will be offered and may be increased annually upto 10% depending upon performance of SPP or otherwise. Interviews will be conducted at Regional Directorate ANF Punjab, Lahore. No TA / DA will be admissible for interview.
