Job Overview

We are hiring 44 Social Workers (BPS-08) to be placed in various districts across Balochistan. This role involves engaging with communities to provide support and implement social welfare programs. Successful candidates will work to improve the well-being of individuals and families in their assigned regions. The positions are available for both male and female applicants.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Intermediate (F.A./F.Sc. or equivalent) from a recognized board.
• Domicile: Must be a local/domiciled resident of the respective district/division where the vacancy exists.

• Zhob Division: 4
• Loralai: 5
• Sibi: 4
• Naseerabad Division: 3
• Jaffarabad: 4
• Sohbatpur: 1
• Kalat Division: 7
• Makran Division (Kech-7, Gwadar-2, Panjgur-1): 10
• Barkhan: 1
• Musakhel: 3

General Conditions and Application Process

Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are encouraged to apply by following the procedure below:

1. Only candidates holding a domicile of the relevant district/division are eligible to apply.
2. The standard age limit is 18 to 28 years. However, a general age relaxation of up to 43 years is applicable as per the policy of the Government of Balochistan.
3. Government employees must apply through the proper channel.
4. Applications must be submitted along with attested copies of the following documents: CNIC, Local/Domicile Certificate, Passport-sized photographs, and all educational certificates.
5. A separate application is required for each post if applying for multiple positions.
6. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
7. Applications must be submitted to the Directorate General Social Welfare Department office.
8. The deadline for application submission is July 3, 2025 (within 20 days of the advertisement's publication date of June 13, 2025).
