Organization Overview

A well-known Local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) is running a Health-related Project and requires field staff in District Kalat and Naseerabad, Balochistan.

Position: Social Organizer (Male/Female)

The NGO is recruiting four Social Organizers (2 for Kalat district, 2 for Naseerabad district). This field-based role involves community mobilization, engagement, and facilitating project activities at the grassroots level.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree.
Required Experience: 2 to 3 years of work experience in a relevant field, such as community development, social mobilization, or working with NGOs at the field level.

Location

Positions are based in Kalat and Naseerabad districts (2 positions in each district).
