Brooke Pakistan is a non-profit public limited (by guarantee) company, established under section 42 of the Companies Act 2017. The organization functions in Punjab, Sindh & KPK with the mission to improve the lives of working equine animals (Horse, Donkey & Mule). We are seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Social Mobilizer at Gujranwala.

Job Location

This position is based in Gujranwala, Punjab.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong rapport with communities, demonstrating proficiency in participatory methods to identify community needs and the root causes of various issues.
• Identify opportunities and provide support to both men and women in equine-owning and using communities to foster improved welfare for working equids.
• Preferably, the candidate should be a resident of the Gujranwala district.

Educational Qualifications

• Essential: A Graduate or Intermediate degree in Social Sciences or an equivalent related subject from a recognized university or institute.
• Preferable: A Diploma in livestock or equivalent.

Experience Required

• 2-3 years of proven experience in mobilizing communities in the field.
