Job Overview

National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Government of Pakistan, invites applications for the position of Short Term AI & Agentic AI Expert on a short-term basis for 89 days (extendable) subject to satisfactory performance. Applications are invited from suitable candidates for Test/Interview under the Program Titled 'PMYSOP (2023-27)'.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelors degree (16 years) in Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 03 years hands on experience in AI development, Agentic AI, Work Flow Automation or Generative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered automation workflows using n8n and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Build and deploy AI Calling Support Agents using Retell AI.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for document retrieval, semantic search, knowledge management, and AI-powered question answering.
• Automate generation of academic documents, assessments, reports, and official letterhead-based documents through AI workflows.
• Design intelligent Email Automation Agents for notifications, approvals, and workflow execution.
• Integrate AI services, REST APIs, and enterprise systems to streamline business processes.
• Deploy and optimize local AI models using Ollama for secure and efficient inference.
• Develop scalable AI workflows utilizing Retell AI, Vapi AI, n8n, and other modern AI platforms.
• Monitor, optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain AI automation solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
