Job Overview

The Bureau of Curriculum & Extension Centre, Quetta, under the School Education Department, Government of Balochistan, seeks qualified and experienced individuals for four (04) posts at BPS-18. These positions include roles such as Deputy Director (PEAS), Assessment Analyst, Deputy Director (SEC), Assistant Director, Senior Subject Specialist, Assistant Professor, Registrar, Headmaster, and Headmistress. The vacancies are specifically for individuals specializing in Physics (02 posts) and Mathematics (02 posts).

Zonal Allocation

The four posts are distributed across different zones as follows:
Physics (Total 02 Posts):

• Kalat Zone: 01
• Zhob Zone: 01

Mathematics (Total 02 Posts):

• Kalat Zone: 01
• N/abad Zone: 01

Qualification and Experience

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:

• Option A: M.A./ M.Sc. at least in Second Division in the relevant Subject (Physics or Mathematics) from a recognized University with five (5) years' teaching experience.
• OR Option B: M.Phil. in Education from a recognized University with at least three (3) years' teaching experience.
• OR Option C: Ph.D. in Education from a recognized University with at least two (2) years' teaching experience.

Age Limit and Gender

Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible.
Age Limit: 25 to 35 years. General upper age relaxation up to 43 years is granted by the Government of Balochistan for fresh candidates as well as government servants.

Syllabus

The test will be a subjective paper in the relevant subject (Physics or Mathematics).

Applications for these BPS-18 posts must be submitted online through the Balochistan Public Service Commission (BPSC) website www.bpsc.gob.pk by the closing date, 20th June, 2025. The application fee for BPS-18 posts is Rs. 1200/-, which should be deposited in the State Bank/National Bank of Pakistan (Balochistan branches only) or Government Treasury under Head C02101 ORGAN OF STATE EXAM FEE RECEIPT BPSC. Applicants must bring their original CNIC, Treasury Receipt (Green Challan), and a downloaded copy of Admission Certificate/Roll no slip at the time of the Screening/Written Test.
