Role Focus

The Teaching and Learning Consultant will provide expertise on improving teaching methodologies and learning materials, likely focusing on teacher professional development activities coordinated through QAED. This includes designing training programs, developing content, and contributing to the overall strategy for enhancing teaching quality under the GRADES project.

Qualifications

Education: A Master's/Bachelor's (Hons) degree (16 years of education) in Education, Educational Planning and Management, Social Sciences, or a relevant discipline from a reputable & recognized local or foreign institution, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Experience

Requirements:
  • At least five (05) years of documentary verifiable relevant experience after acquiring stipulated qualifications.
  • Experience in public and/or private sector national/international organizations, preferably in teachers' training and material/content development.
  • Experience in project coordination and implementation of large-scale government or donor-funded programs.
  • Experience working in the Punjab Education sector will be preferred.
  • Experience of designing and conducting teacher trainings.
