Senior School Coordinator

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced female Senior School Coordinator to join our team at H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Public School. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating academic activities, ensuring the smooth functioning of the senior school section, and maintaining high educational standards. This position offers a chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment in Rahim Yar Khan.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: A minimum of 16 years of education (Master’s degree / BS / BSc (Hons)).
• Experience: 5 years of teaching experience and 5 years of experience as a Senior School Coordinator or Section Head is preferred.
• Gender: Female candidates are required.
• Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is 50 years.
• Skills: Excellent English communication and IT skills are mandatory.

2. Fill out the printed application form completely.
3. Attach attested photocopies of the following documents:

• All educational certificates
• All experience certificates
• COVID-19 vaccination certificate (fully vaccinated)
• Two recent passport-size pictures
• Two copies of your CNIC

4. Please note that one application form is valid for one post only.
5. Submit your complete application package either by Courier/Post or personally to the school office.
6. The deadline for submission is 16.06.2025. Applications must be submitted between 9:00 AM and 1:30 PM.
