امپورٹ اینڈ ایکسپورٹ سے وابستہ کمپنی کے لیے تجربہ کار سینئر اکائونٹنٹ درکار ہے۔ اہلیت و تجربہ: کم از کم 3 سے 5 سال کا متعلقہ تجربہ۔ انکم ٹیکس، سیلز ٹیکس اور FBR پورٹل پر کام کرنے کا تجربہ۔ امپورٹ، ایکسپورٹ، GD، LC، BL، انوائس، پیکنگ لسٹ اور کسٹمز دستاویزات کا علم۔ بینک ریکنسلی ایشن، لیجر، کیش بک، Accounts Payable اور Accounts Receivable کا تجربہ۔ ماہانہ اور سالانہ مالی رپورٹس تیار کرنے کی صلاحیت۔ MS Excel اور اکائونٹنگ سافٹ ویئر (Peachtree، QuickBooks یا ERP) پر مہارت۔ ایماندار، ذمہ دار اور ٹیم کے ساتھ کام کرنے کی صلاحیت۔
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Handle import and export documentation such as GD, LC, BL, invoices, and packing lists.
- Work on FBR portal for Income Tax and Sales Tax matters.
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and cash book management.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports using MS Excel and accounting software like Peachtree, QuickBooks, or ERP.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in Peachtree, QuickBooks, ERP, and MS Excel.
- Knowledge: FBR portal, taxation, and import/export documentation.
