Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must possess the following:
  • Education: B.Com / Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 05 years of professional experience working in a finance or accounting role. Experience within the development sector is preferred.

Competencies and Skills

Candidates should demonstrate the following competencies:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with particular expertise in Excel.
  • A strong understanding of local taxation laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Audit experience is considered an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

The Accounts Officer will be responsible for a range of financial duties, including:
  • Incorporating financial records into Accounting Software.
  • Handling checks, managing petty cash, and performing monthly reconciliations.
  • Maintaining financial documentation and supporting budget reporting processes.
  • Processing payroll and ensuring compliance with tax, EOBI, and provident fund regulations.
  • Uploading tax data to the FBR and coordinating with tax consultants.
  • Supporting internal and external audits and assisting with financial statement preparation.
  • Organizing and archiving financial records according to organizational policy.
  • Coordinating with HR, banks, and vendors regarding finance-related matters.

Age Limit
