Position Summary

The Grants and Compliance Officer, based in Islamabad, will be responsible for managing the entire grant lifecycle, from proposal development support to reporting and closeout. This includes ensuring compliance with donor requirements, organizational policies, managing sub-grants, and mitigating risks.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Finance, Management, Development Studies) OR a Professional Qualification such as CAF (CA), ACCA, ACMA (Finalist), or equivalent.
• A minimum of Six (06) years of relevant work experience specifically in grant management, sub-grant administration, and/or compliance functions within the development sector.
