Regional Business Head

Job Summary and Major Responsibilities

The Regional Business Head will be responsible for the achievement of CA, SA and total deposit targets along with other revenue and cross-functional targets set for the region.
Collaboration with all business units for identification of prospective customers to enhance sales opportunities and deposit mobilization is a key duty.
You will be responsible to enhance and optimize productivity at all levels enforcing compliance culture bringing quality to customer services.
Ensure adherence to SBP regulations, Bank's policies procedures and risk guidelines.
Build succession pipeline and ensure high team engagement.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HEC recognized University/Foreign University.
Experience: Minimum 09 to 12 years of banking experience. Preference shall be given to candidates having more than 03 years of banking experience at similar role.
Age Limit: Not more than 55 years as of application date.
