Job Overview

The Bank of Punjab (BOP) is inviting applications for the position of Regional Business Heads within its Branch Banking Division (CBG), Grade: Band-5/Band-3. This role requires dynamic leadership to achieve CA, SA, and total deposit targets along with other revenue and cross-functional objectives set for the region. Successful candidates will collaborate with various business units to identify prospective customers and enhance sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the achievement of CA, SA, and total deposit targets along with other revenue and cross-functional targets set for the region.
• Collaboration with all business units for the identification of prospective customers to enhance sales opportunities and deposit mobilization.
• Enhance and optimize productivity at all levels, enforcing a compliance culture and bringing quality to customer services.
• Ensure strict adherence to SBP regulations, Bank's policies, procedures, and risk guidelines.
• Build a succession pipeline and ensure high team engagement.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an HEC recognized University or Foreign University.
Experience: Minimum 9 to 12 years of banking experience. Preference shall be given to candidates having more than 3 years of banking experience at a similar role.
Age Limit: Not more than 55 years as of the application date.
