Job Summary and Responsibilities

The Regional Business Head - Branch Banking Division (CBG) will play a crucial role in driving regional growth and managing banking operations. Key responsibilities include:

• The candidate will be responsible for achievement of CA, SA and total deposit targets along with other revenue and cross functional targets set for the region.
• Collaboration with all business units for identification of prospective customer to enhance sales opportunities and deposit mobilization.
• Responsibility to enhance and optimize productivity at all levels enforcing compliance culture bringing quality to customer services.
• Ensure adherence to SBP regulations, Bank's policies procedures and risk guidelines.
• Build succession pipeline and ensure high team engagement.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HEC recognized University/Foreign University.
Experience: Minimum 09 to 12 years of banking experience. Preference shall be given to candidates having more than 03 years of banking experience at similar role.
Age: Not more than 55 Years as of application date.
