Quality Assurance Officer

Peshawar Institute of Cardiology (PIC-MTI) is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer in Peshawar. Role Overview

The Quality Assurance Officer will be instrumental in maintaining and improving the standards of patient care and safety at the institute. You will be responsible for conducting quality audits, quality surveys, and monitoring healthcare-related key performance indicators (KPIs) as per JCI/ISO/HCC standards. Your work will directly contribute to the hospital's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should have:
  • Qualification: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: At least 01 year of post-qualification experience in Quality and Patient Safety related activities in a reputed hospital.
  • Preference: Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of statistical analysis using tools like Power BI and who have certification or expertise in methodologies such as Six Sigma, DMAIC, and PDSA/PDCA.
