Role Overview

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at the institute. Your role will involve greeting guests, managing appointments, handling phone calls, and providing information. A professional and courteous demeanor is essential for creating a welcoming environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone visiting the hospital.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants for this position must be female and meet the following criteria:

• Qualification: A Bachelor's Degree (14 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates with computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office will be given preference.
• Experience: At least 02 years of post-qualification experience as a receptionist in any reputed organization.
• Preference: Preference will be given to candidates who can fluently communicate in Farsi, Dari, and Pashto, with an additional command of English.

2. Hard Copy Submission: After applying online, you will receive a filled Job Application Form via email. This form, along with attested copies of your academic credentials, qualification certificates, experience certificates, and CNIC, must be sent via registered courier service. You must also include the original bank deposit slip for the processing fee.

Processing Fee: Rs. 500/- for this position.
Bank Details: The fee should be deposited in the name of “Hospital Director, Peshawar Institute of Cardiology MTI” in Account No. 0083-0000-0165-1008, Bank of Khyber, Phase 5, Hayatabad Branch, Peshawar.

The last date for applying is June 27, 2025. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will be rejected. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
