Assistant Purchase Officer

Role Overview

The Assistant Purchase Officer will support the procurement department in sourcing and purchasing goods, services, and equipment for the hospital. You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery while adhering to institutional policies and budget constraints.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have:

• Qualification: A Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Public Administration, or an MBA-SCM (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: At least 01 year of post-qualification relevant experience in a reputed public or private organization.

Processing Fee: Rs. 500/- for this position.
Bank Details: The fee should be deposited in the name of “Hospital Director, Peshawar Institute of Cardiology MTI” in Account No. 0083-0000-0165-1008, Bank of Khyber, Phase 5, Hayatabad Branch, Peshawar.
