In Patient (IPD) Supervisor

Role Overview

The In Patient (IPD) Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the inpatient department. Your duties will include managing patient admissions, ensuring the quality of patient care, coordinating with medical and nursing staff, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment for patients. This role is crucial for a positive patient experience during their hospital stay.

Qualifications and Experience

The requirements for this position are:

• Qualification: MBBS/MHA/MPH/BBA/MPA or its equivalent (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university or institute. A 01-year Diploma in IT from a Technical Board is also acceptable.
• Experience: At least 01-year of post-qualification relevant experience in hospital IPD/IPD services in a reputed Tertiary care hospital.
• Preference: Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in a JCIA accredited hospital.
