Job Overview

The Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA), established by the Government of the Punjab under the Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD), invites applications from highly qualified, motivated, and competent professionals. PERA is looking for Prosecutors to fill 154 positions across Punjab on a contract basis for an initial period of 03 years, which is extendable based on satisfactory performance. The aim is to streamline enforcement and regulatory functions across the province. The domicile for these positions is All Punjab, with one prosecutor to be posted in each Enforcement Station of PERA.

Eligibility Criteria and Pay Package

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Prosecutor position:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Law (03 or 05 years) or an equivalent degree from a HEC recognized University.
• Experience: A minimum of 05 years of practice as an advocate.
• Pay Package: The position offers a pay package of SPPP-5 along with any other benefits admissible as per PERA (Appointment & Conditions of Service for Contractual Employees) Regulations, 2025.

Age Limit

5. An application fee of Rs. 1,000/- must be paid through PayZen (1bill Service) against the unique PSID generated by the portal. This fee must be paid within the closing date. The payment process is: Any Mobile Banking App > Payment Option > Payment Service > 1Bill Service > PSID > Payment.

Important Instructions

• No TA/DA will be admissible for tests/interviews.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
• Applicants currently serving in Government Departments, fulfilling the criteria, are required to apply through the proper channel.
• DG PERA reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or terminate/abolish the recruitment process of any post or the entire process at any stage, without assigning any reason.
