Job Overview

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the vacant Project post in the project management unit (PMU) under the ADP scheme 'Establishment of Agriculture University at Swat'. The post is project-based and purely on a contract basis initially for a period of three years or till completion of the project whichever is earlier. It offers an excellent career opportunity for experienced administrative professionals in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Qualification and Experience

Candidates must possess either:
1. Master Degree in Agriculture related sciences/project management with 20 years' experience of planning and development sector/administrative position in grade-17 and above in Govt: or semi Govt: organization.
OR
2. B.Sc Degree in Agriculture related sciences/project management with 25 years' experience of planning and development sector/ Administrative position in grade-17 and above in Govt: or semi Govt: organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Overall in-charge of the PMU for implementation of the project.
• Responsible for management of project accounts and reporting of physical and financial progress to the high ups.
• Will keep a close liaison with the administrative department and all concerned attached sub-sectors for the implementation of the project.
• Responsible to work as focal person of the PMU and will arrange meetings and implement the decisions accordingly.
• Will implement the project in a team spirit and through interactive participatory approach to accomplish project objectives as outlined in the PC-I.
