The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Health Department, under its Project Management and Implementation Unit (PMIU), is inviting applications for the position of Project Coordinator (BPS-17). This role is critical for the smooth execution and oversight of various initiatives, particularly those related to the Revamping of Non-Teaching DHQ Hospitals across the province. The position is offered on a contractual basis for an initial term of one year, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and satisfactory performance. The Project Coordinator will be central to ensuring effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.Qualifications and Experience
Candidates applying for the Project Coordinator position must possess a degree in MBA/BBA or Project Management from an HEC-recognized institution. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in program or project management is required, with a preference for experience gained in the public or private sector. Applicants must be eligible and bona fide residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with the relevant domicile. The appointment is purely on a contract basis for one year, extendable as per government policy. A lump sum pay package will be offered where applicable. Candidates who have previously qualified the ETEA Test for Project Coordinator BPS-17 should not re-apply for this position in this advertisement. Incomplete applications will not be entertained, and age relaxation will be admissible as per existing government rules. Candidates currently serving in government or semi-government bodies must apply through proper channels. Interested candidates are required to visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk to submit their online application. Upon filling in personal information, a prescribed online deposit slip will be generated, which includes a token number and project code. Applicants must print this slip and deposit the non-refundable test fee via Easy-Paisa, Jazz Cash App, or at any UBL bank through UBL OMNI agents. It is crucial to retain the original deposit slip with the bank's stamp; candidates should not send any documents or testimonials to the ETEA office at this stage. Copies of testimonials will only be required from candidates who qualify for the screening test, as and when requested by ETEA or the appointing authority for scrutiny. The online application facility will be available from 01 September, 2025, with the final submission deadline set for 20 September, 2025. Test dates, times, and venues will be communicated via Roll No. Slip, which candidates can download from www.etea.edu.pk after receiving an SMS notification.
