Project Overview
The Health Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites online applications from eligible candidates for positions within the Project Management & Implementation Unit (PMIU). This unit is overseeing the Revamping of Non-Teaching DHQ Hospitals across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The posts are offered on a contractual basis, initially for 1 year, under the Project Implementation Policy (PIP), with preference given to candidates from the relevant district.Role Description
The Project Coordinator (BS-17) will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating project activities within the designated DHQ hospital. This includes managing resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring project objectives are met efficiently. Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and proficiency in MS Office are preferred.Qualifications and Experience
- Education: MBA/BBA/Project Management degree.
- Experience: At least 2 years' professional experience, preferably in program/project management in the public or private sector.
- Skills: Preference for candidates knowledgeable in MS Office and computer applications for communication.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
Location Details
This position is available in various DHQ Hospitals across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, excluding DHQ Charsadda, Molvi Ameer Shah (Peshawar), Abbottabad, Haripur, and Govt. Naseerullah Khan Babar (Peshawar). Preference will be given to candidates with a domicile of the local district where the hospital is located. All applicants must have a domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Merged Districts.Terms and Conditions
Appointment is purely on a contract basis for an initial period of 1 year, extendable based on performance and policy. This is a project post and will cease upon project completion. A lump sum pay package will be offered as per Government Project Policy. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. Age relaxation is admissible as per existing Govt. rules.How to Apply
1. Interested candidates must first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.2. Create a profile on the ETEA website. Before applying, print an E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and verify your CNIC number through any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without this verification, application is not possible.
3. After successful online application submission, a deposit slip will be generated.
4. Take a printout of the deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Easypaisa app, Jazz Cash App, or at any branch of UBL via UBL OMNI agent.
5. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank stamp safe; do not share it.
6. DO NOT send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office at this stage. Copies will be required from candidates who qualify for the screening test.
7. Online application forms will be available from 23-04-2025.
8. The last date for submission of the online application is 09-05-2025.
9. Test date, time, and venue will be communicated via Roll No. Slip on the ETEA website. Candidates will also be informed via SMS.
10. Ensure the provided mobile number is not ported/converted.
11. No separate call letters will be issued for the screening test.
