Project Overview

The Health Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, seeks eligible candidates for its Project Management & Implementation Unit (PMIU) involved in revamping Non-Teaching DHQ Hospitals across the province. Positions are contractual (initially 1 year) under the Project Implementation Policy (PIP), favoring local district candidates.

Role Description

The MIS & M&E Officer (BS-17) will manage Management Information Systems and conduct Monitoring & Evaluation activities within the assigned DHQ hospital. Responsibilities include data collection, analysis, reporting, system maintenance, and ensuring project tracking aligns with objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: MSc/BSc in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer system Engineering.
Experience: 2 years' post-qualification experience in MIS or a similar role.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.

Location Details

This position is available in various DHQ Hospitals across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, excluding DHQ Charsadda, Molvi Ameer Shah (Peshawar), Abbottabad, Haripur, and Govt. Naseerullah Khan Babar (Peshawar). Preference is given to candidates domiciled in the local district of the hospital. All applicants must hold a domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Merged Districts.

Terms and Conditions

The appointment is purely contract-based for one year initially, potentially extendable. It's a project post, ending with the project. A lump sum pay package as per Government Project Policy applies. Only shortlisted candidates receive interview calls. Age relaxation follows Govt. rules.
