Role and Responsibilities

Hamdard University is inviting applications from distinguished academics for the position of Professor. Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Professor position must adhere to the Higher Education Commission (HEC) minimum eligibility criteria. This typically necessitates a Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized university, coupled with a substantial record of post-Ph.D. teaching and research experience. Generally, this includes 10 years of post-Ph.D. experience or 15 years of experience after a Master's degree. A significant number of research publications in reputable national and international journals (HEC recognized) and successful supervision of M.Phil./Ph.D. students are also mandatory requirements. The university seeks individuals with a demonstrated commitment to academic leadership, scholarly productivity, and innovative teaching methodologies.
