Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Assistant Professor position must fulfill the Higher Education Commission (HEC) minimum eligibility criteria. This typically requires a Ph.D. degree in the relevant discipline, or an MS/M.Phil. (or equivalent) degree from an HEC-recognized university with a specified number of years of teaching/research experience and publications. The university seeks individuals who demonstrate potential for impactful research and effective teaching methodologies, fostering a conducive learning environment for students. Recognition by relevant professional bodies such as PMDC/PMC, PEC, PCP, NBEAC, NACTE, NTC, PNC, or PBC where applicable, is also considered.
