Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites applications from suitable candidates for the contractual appointment as Principal at OPF Public School, Gujrat, a project dedicated to serving the community.

Role Description

The position is for a female Principal to lead the OPF Public School in Gujrat. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall academic and administrative management of the institution, ensuring high standards of education and efficient operation. The appointment is initially contractual for two years, extendable based on performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Masters in Arts/ Science (minimum 2nd Division) along with B.Ed/M.Ed/Masters in Education from an HEC recognized University or institution. Higher qualifications will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum five (05) years of post-qualification experience as Principal / Vice Principal / Head Mistress in a reputable English Medium Secondary School. Experience specified means experience acquired *after* obtaining the relevant qualification.
• Skills: Must possess excellent communication, presentation, public relations & interpersonal skills. Ability to manage active & effective communication with students, parents, general public & media etc.
• Age Limit: Up to 55 years.

Compensation and Contract

The position offers an all-inclusive salary package of Rs. 70,000 - 75,000 per month. The employment is contractual, initially for a period of two (02) years, which is extendable for further periods subject to satisfactory academic and financial performance of the institution.
