Job Overview

The Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives, Government of Pakistan, is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Performance Management Specialist on a contract basis. This position is part of the 'Capacity Building and Institutional Strengthening' project. Qualifications and Experience

Education: A Master's Degree or higher qualification in a relevant field is required.
Experience: A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in the respective field is mandatory. Experience in the Public Sector will be a significant advantage and is preferred.

The position offers a competitive remuneration package based on the Project Pay Scale (PPS-10), commensurate with the high level of expertise and experience required.
